Wilhelm Pfeifer

Wilhelm Pfeifer was born in 1974 in Graz, Austria. After graduating at Handelsakademie in Villach he started his career as a professional soldier to the Austrian army. In the year 2000, after his career as officer, he changed over to the private sector by joining the first alternative telecom provider in Austria, CyberTron Telekom AG.

After various sales and management functions at CyberTron Telekom AG as well as in the Austrian Kapsch Group, Pfeifer devoted himself completely to the development of today's ASCUS Group International from 2005 onwards and recorded numerous sales successes in the international telecommunications market in Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe. He played a decisive role for some minor and larger mergers in the Austrian telecom market in the period from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, the successful exit from the established telecommunication group followed. Since the year 2000, Pfeifer has maintained a continuous and intensive partnership with Colt, which also led him to develop his Swiss company, AAA Sales & Management GmbH, the largest and growing Colt partner in Europe. In 2011, 2014 and 2016 the company was awarded the Colt Sales & Marketing Award, which is awarded for the strongest growth.

He also discovered early on his love for sport and especially for basketball and ice hockey, which has resulted in Pfeifer having been working for the development of this sport since the year 2005 as part of the North-East Switzerland basketball federation. Since 2011 the company AAA Sales and Management GmbH has also been present as a supporter in the Kristallclub, a donor association in favor of EV Zug.

Mr. Pfeifer is distinguished by the fact that he understands the language of the customer and has the ability to put himself in the position of the customer. With the knowledge gained thereby he then tries to develop the requirement of customers into a value-creating solution. Anyone who counts on his network will be well looked after and will also benefit from other people in his network.


Thomas Müller

Born in Zug in 1971, Thomas Müller completed various further training courses in the telecommunications and IT sector after his apprenticeship as an electrician.

As project manager for telecommunication systems and ICT solutions, he worked for six more years in one of the leading Swiss electrical companies. In May 2008 Thomas Müller joined Colt Telecom AG as sales manager, where he took over responsibility for a sales team. Initially responsible only for Inner Switzerland, his area of ​​responsibility expanded shortly afterwards to the whole of Central and Eastern Switzerland. Due to the outsourcing of the sales area to certified partners, he moved to AAA Sales & Management GmbH in August 2010, a sales company that exclusively distributes Colt Services. Thomas Müller took over the position as sales manager and was mainly responsible for international customers located all over Europe.

Today, Thomas Müller is a member of the management team and a business development manager. In this position he develops new business areas and holistic solutions, in addition to the support of individual key account customers.


Sandra Holler

Sandra Holler was born in 1988 in Vienna, Austria. After graduating from the Lycée Français de Vienne, she began studying Law and Romance Languages (French and Spanish) at the University of Vienna. During her studies, she lived in Paris for some time, where she gained first experience abroad.

After graduation she worked as an assistant to the managing director at a real estate agency in Vienna. In October 2012, she started working for the Swiss company SK media + promotion GmbH from Vienna until the move to Switzerland in August 2013. Mrs. Holler was responsible for the design and construction of several trilingual luxury magazines. During this time she gained important experience in customer acquisition and support.

Since April 2015, Mrs. Holler has been working as an account executive at AAA Sales & Management GmbH, where she faces new challenges in the field of telecommunications.


Petra Pfeifer

Petra Pfeifer was born in Villach, Austria in 1978. After compulsory school, she graduated from a high-school with a focus on economics, and studied law at the Karl Franzens University in Graz.

The entry into the private economy took place at "medianet" Verlag AG where she was assistant to a member of the board and responsible for legal and HR matters. At BFR Unternehmensberatung GmbH, as an assistant to the management, she gained experience in the Merger and Acquisition segment and achieved first sales successes.

The new entry was followed up by AAA Sales & Management GmbH, the Platinum Partner of Colt in the Central Region. Since September 2011, she has been working in Sales Support, sales assistant and assistant to the management team. Since the beginning of 2017, she has assumed the position of sales support manager and thus the responsibility for personnel in her area.

Since March 2018 Petra Pfeifer is working as Legal Advisor and HR for the AAA Sales & Management GmbH. In doing so, she supports the management in drawing up contracts of all kinds as well as legal clarifications.


Jürgen Jaritsch

Jürgen Jaritsch was born in 1987 in Klagenfurt, Austria and completed his apprenticeship as a computer technician. In his further career, he completed various tasks with a focus on network technology and data center in the IT and telecommunication sector.

In April 2007, he moved to the ANEXIA Group. During 10 successful years, Mr. Jaritsch and his team have built around 70 data centers worldwide. He was able to master the team leadership as a "Head of Network & Infrastructure".

At the beginning of 2017, Jaritsch together with AAA Sales & Management GmbH and Regit GmbH, established JMP Technology Services GmbH, in which he provides his outstanding technical expertise to the customers of AAA Sales & Management GmbH. It was not just new competences but also new challenges that made this step interesting for him.

In his free time he is interested in motorsport and likes to travel with his family.


Stefanie Pucher

Stefanie Pucher was born in Klagenfurt, Austria, in 1985. After graduating from school, she completed the two studies of Applied Cultural Science and Applied Management at the Alpen-Adria-University of Klagenfurt.

While studying, Stefanie Pucher worked in different areas of Casinos Austria AG and was able to gain first experience in the financial sector. As assistant to the financial management in the international group of pewag austria GmbH, she was then the turning point for company-wide controlling.

Stefanie Pucher finally took to IT industry at a well-known Austrian IT service provider, where she began as an assistant to the management and after a while took over as head of the accounting department. For more than eight years, she has been able to consolidate her knowledge in the IT sector as well as deepen her financial know-how.

In February 2017, she moved into AAA Sales & Management GmbH, where Stefanie Pucher is now the contact person for finance and controlling.


Julia Holler

Julia Holler was born in 1990 in Vienna. During her schooldays at the Lycée Français de Vienne, she was particularly well-versed in economics, which is why she decided to pursue a degree in International Business Administration at the University of Vienna after graduating from school. She focused on international organization and strategy. While studying, Mrs. Holler was able to gain valuable experience in market research and marketing during various internships and also worked in London.

After finishing her studies, Mrs. Holler worked in a French logistics company in Vienna. In her role as assistant to the CEO and Office Manager, she was able to prove her organizational skills and gain initial experience in customer support. In October 2016, Mrs. Holler joined the team of AAA Sales & Management GmbH, where she is currently operating as Lead Analyst and responsible for the organization and management of various campaigns for lead generation.

Structuring and organization lie in the blood of Julia and in combination with her holistic way of looking at and your understanding of process flows, her greatest strengths, which the AAA team highly appreciates.


Marcel Suter

Marcel Suter was born in Bern in 1960, is married and has two children. After completing his apprenticeship as a car mechanic, he began to study business economics in Zurich. His professional career took him through various national and international sales positions in well-known Swiss companies to the RedIT in Zug, where he was responsible for sales for the location Switzerland as a member of the Executive Board.

After a long illness and rehab break, he began to work part-time in the field of Customer Relationship Management in autumn 2015. Since December 2017, Marcel Suter is working for AAA Sales & Management, where he is now successfully active in the telecommunications sector due to his extensive sales know-how and many years of experience.

Christoph Schöller

Nach dem Abschluss des Betriebswirtschaftsstudiums begann Schöller seine Karriere im Vertrieb eines Telekommunikationsunternehmens in Wien.

Nach mehreren nationalen und internationalen Sales- und Managementpositionen im direkten und indirekten Vertrieb (Partner, Reseller und Wholesale) zog es Schöller in die Schweiz, wo er den Partnervertrieb neu strukturierte und aufbaute.

2013 wechselte er zu einem Schweizer Software Beratungsunternehmen, baute auch dort den Vertrieb neu auf und war ab 2016 als Geschäftsführer für die internationale Entwicklung verantwortlich. 

Schon längere Zeit mit dem Gedanken spielend, wechselte Schöller 2018 in die Selbständigkeit und gründete das Unternehmen plan c consulting. plan c consulting bietet Unternehmen unterschiedlicher Grösse Strategieberatung, Salescoaching und Salestrainings.

Im Rahmen dieser Tätigkeit betreut Schöller für die Firma AAA einige namhafte Kunden in der DACH Region.

Sandra Lassnig

Sandra Laßnig wurde 1994 in St.Veit/Glan, Österreich geboren. Sie absolvierte im Juni 2014 die Matura an der HLW St.Veit/Glan im Bereich 3 lebende Fremdsprachen (Französisch, Italienisch und Englisch) und Englisch als Arbeitssprache.

Im November 2014 startete Frau Laßnig ihre Karriere bei einem renommierten, international tätigen IT-Unternehmen im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung. Während der vergangenen vier Jahre konnte sie sehr viel Erfahrungen im Buchhaltungs –und IT-Bereich sammeln.

Im September 2018 begann Sandra das berufsbegleitende Studium „Business Management“ an der FH-Villach in Österreich.

Seit November 2018 ist Frau Laßnig als Sales Support Agent bei der AAA Sales & Management GmbH tätig, wo sie ihren Erfahrungsschatz im Telekommunikationsbereich ausbauen kann.
